Israeli Extra Virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety, grown and harvested in the groves of Kibbutz Magal in Israel: an especially delicate and light olive oil, with green aromas of wild herbs, and green and black olives. Our Arbequina is characterized by very mild bitterness and a light pungency. Ideal for seasoning delicate dishes, as well as for cooking and baking.

Origin of the Variety: Catalonia, Southern Spain.
Tree Characteristics: A small, shrub-like tree with narrow, delicate leaves.
The Fruit: Small, round olives with a stunning ripening appearance reminiscent of a rainbow spectrum.
The Oil: Israeli Arbequina olive oil, delicate and aromatic, with almost no bitterness or pungency.
Its aromatic profile ranges from green almond and wild herbs to red apple and berries.
